Another Project Enzyme baby in the making – using pineapple peel. The process is a little messier this time due to the extra acidity and moisture of the peel. Sure hope it makes a stronger detergent, dish cleanser, antiseptic, air freshener and even pesticide!

Okay…I think my housemates are starting to worry that I’ll fill the entire living room with bottles and jars of fruit waste. Decided to give this enzyme experiment a rest after this, lest I threaten another human being’s living space, which defeats the purpose of this ‘make-my-world-a-better-place’ project.
