Brewlog

Project Enzyme: It’s nothing personal. Just an experiment.

Today our cover story brings to you participants who are undergoing a program that seeks to transform fruit waste into environmentally friendly products. Reporter Anon brings you the inside story.

Reporter Anon: It’s been more than a month since the both of you have been confined in your little containers. I heard you will be released in a month’s time and by then you will be ready for your position as a reformed kitchen cleaner. Is that true?

Crazypine: Er well…I’m certainly looking forward to the day but at the rate I’m going, I’m not quite sure I can be of much contribution to the environment. At the moment, I smell like the rubbish truck that comes by my block everyday at 2pm. They let in some air everyday but I think what I really need is a good wash.

Deteranged: In terms of smell, I reckon I’m doing a little better. At least I smell like something drinkable!

Reporter Anon (to Crazypine) : Sounds bad. You’ve been so quiet about it all this while. Is there something you would like to say to the authorities about your living conditions?

Crazypine (candidly) : Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining here. Just looking at the situation as it is. It’s nothing personal. Just an experiment.

Deteranged (chuckles): And who knows! We could be on our way to being significant.

Reporter Anon: My thanks to you both. Look forward to our next interview!

Both interviewees: Sure.
